Roll Call: July tourneys, Fall leagues

Need everyone's response for the following tournaments and leagues ASAP.

>> July 10-12, Aiea Blazers Intermediate Tournament. Entry fee $300.

>> July 15-19, NJB Hawaii Summer Classic (14U, 17U). Entry fee $350.

>> Late July, PAA League (Varsity, JV, Inter). Entry fee $500.

>> Mid August, Ikaika League (V, JV, Inter). Entry deadline July 17. Entry fee $550.

>> Fall, CAL League (V, JV, Inter). Entry fee $435 or more.

Once we get a head count of commitments, we'll know which leagues and divisions we will enter. Our Varsity count should be good even though we lose some players to football. Our JV count should also be solid. Intermediate, numbers will be very low and we'll need a strong turnout of new players plus our returnees to make that happen. If we don't have a strong turnout, we'll continue to focus on our V/JV core group. 

Also, if there are leagues for teams 11-Under or even 9-Under, we could explore that since we have a few players in that age group who have been working really hard at practice. PAL is a possibility. Again, though, one of those hard-working kids (DJ) will be busy with football, so practice time for him may be limited.
