Varsity: Thunder 49, Falcons 40

Sorry, can't remember the final score and the video is loading up. But our veterans led the way and our young guns were outstanding off the bench. Haka Iamhaka Johnson, Isaiah Visoria,John Chow powered us against a deep Kalani squad. Kyle Moragawas key with good defense at the bottom of our Sonic and provided key ballhandling when Isaiah and Haka needed a break. Basically, John, Haka and Isaiah hardly ever left the game, if at all, in a superb ironman performance.

Cody Ogoso gave us steady play at the top of our Sonic defense, Sierra Murobayashi was solid defensively and hit a big 3 in the second half, and Micah Visoria gave us valuable minutes as a reserve.

It's hard to fathom for some people how important it is to have that sixth man and seventh man, but without them, our guys get zero rest, zero chance to hydrate. This was one of our best team wins with veterans providing huge leadership, not just with their voices, but with their attitude, hustle and determination. Positivity!
