This Week (June 5-14)

Heads up on the coming week.
>> We have no games in Kalani Varsity League until Tuesday, June 16.
>> We play in the Aiea JV Tournament next weekend (July 12-14). Players who were 10th grade or below in the 2014-15 school year are eligible. In other words, everybody except Anu and Michael.
>> That same night, we play in CAL 13U Gold, 5:30 pm game.
>> We begin play in the Le Jardin JV/16U League on Saturday, June 13.
>> This means we have five games next weekend.
>> This means we need all hands on deck. Some guys have school teams to play for and will be in and out. And the fatigue of tournament play means we need lots of fresh legs.
>> At Le Jardin, there's a D-III varsity team in the league, so Le Jardin is making exceptions for 11th graders. That means Keanu and Michael are eligible to play.

Friday, June 5 - No practice.

Saturday, June 6, 10:00 am - Practice at Makiki Park. Pau 11:30 am.

Sunday, June 7 - Change of plans, no optional shooting. I have my sister's birthday party and a banquet to attend. If anyone wants to shoot, get your reps at the park. I can be there if you're willing to shoot early morning or late evening.

Monday, June 8, 4:30 pm - Practice at Makiki Park. Pau 6:30 pm.

Tuesday, June 9, 4:30 pm - Practice at Makiki Park. Pau 6:30 pm.

Wednesday, June 10, 4:30 pm - Practice at Makiki Park. Pau 6:30 pm.

Thursday, June 11, 4:30 pm - Optional shooting practice.

Friday, June 12, 4:30 pm - Stretching/warmups at Kilauea gym outside court. 5:30 pm - H1 Thunder vs. Kiawe Heat (CAL 13U Gold).

Also, time TBA, H1 Thunder plays at Aiea Blazers JV Tournament.

Saturday, June 13, 9:00 am - Stretching/warmups at Le Jardin gym. 10:00 am - H1 Thunder vs. Kaiser (Le Jardin JV/16U League).

Also, time TBA, H1 Thunder plays two games at Aiea Blazers JV Tournament.

Sunday, June 14, time TBA - H1 Thunder plays at Aiea Blazers JV Tournament.

Entry fee for Kalani Varsity League is $475, Le Jardin JV/16U League is $500 and Aiea JV Tournament is $300. CAL 13U Gold is $435.

Parents, please chip in if possible for your player(s). Kalani League - $40, Le Jardin League - $40, Aiea Tournament - $20, CAL 13U Gold - $30.. I will cover the rest. Trying to save up for July travel, probably Maui Summer Classic (July 21-25). Thank you, Thunder Ohana!
