Spin moves, through the legs, behind the back, lefty layups, righty layups, floaters in the lane. Dribble drills with both hands, head up, eyes downcourt. 50 free throws every day. Stairs. Hills. Push-ups.
How bad do you really want it? I believe you are all honest men. So be honest with yourself and give it nothing less than 100%.

Coach Roy will be at the park 4:30 Friday for the true ballers who are ready to work. Saturday, 5:00 practice (I'll be back from Kauai). Sunday, 15U plays at 10:30 am, Koko Head gym. Yeeeeeeaaahh!
