One handers, point blank range. Out to NBA range. Regular two handers. Out to NBA range. 1-on-1, on-ball defense drills, between the key lines. Triple-threat jump shot drills, layered with change of direction (through the legs, behind the back, spin move). Then we got to team offense, fullcourt press, zone offense, pressbreaker, on and on. It was a good practice for the most part.
15U is fortified now with Haka and the addition of some of our 13U kids. 15U opener in the CAL League is tomorrow, 6:20 pm, Kilauea. We shoot at Makiki 3 pm, leave at 4:45. I lub this game!
