Aiea 16U League is pau. AIEA BLAZERS 45, THUNDER 29. Aiea kicked our tails tonight. That guard #4 nailed five or six treys from the left corner and we never really stopped him. The other guard #40 killed us with the lefty drives. Aiea is a fun team to watch (I shot video). Great ball movement, handled the press well, looked like a clinic at times out there. Good coaching, good basketball. Big props to Coach Rob and his staff, and a truly good Blazers squad. Thank you for inviting us to play, Rob!
We gained a lot and we'll learn from our defeats much, much more than our wins. Thunder, good effort, we'll get better with more time together. Good run for a team of old and new guys playing together for the first time. On to the next league!
