As we get stronger on the hill, we'll run further. The street goes up at a steeper incline on the second and third block. Maybe we'll do that on Friday.
We did more work at Palolo field. Simply vertical work on the baseball bleachers, uphill wheelbarrows, crunches, step work and a cool-down jog around the field. Not me. I mean the 3 guys. They did good today. Now they're hanging out at Chase's house. They want to go do shooting drills at 5:00 pm.
Next: Wednesday, 5:00 pm - Optional shooting workout, Makiki Park.
Thursday, 5:00 pm - Practice, Makiki Park.
Friday, 10:00 am - Optional hill run, Carlos Long St. (Palolo).
