Wednesday hill run

Skills are honed, day by day, rep by rep. But what makes the biggest difference for young players in the offseason besides skill development is conditioning. Developing explosiveness, strength, power, endurance. That's why we can benefit greatly from running hills with Jared Elwin on Mon/Wed/Fri mornings in Palolo Valley.

We'll be at Carlos Long Rd. by 10 am. I'm hoping and expecting for at least a few Thunder to get this extra work in now that we're in the middle of summer. If you don't do it for yourself and your team, who else can do it for you?
