A lot of guys had school practice today. The lone gunner today was Walter Berthold. We worked on ballhandling and he took a lot of shots: 260 total. A lot of floaters, pull-up jumpers and floaters, a lot of ballhandling. Working on keeping his eyes up as he dribbles and changes direction. Not too many guys work as hard as Walter when it comes to reps. Then I went to Kailua to cover OIA girls basketball playoffs. A good day. WE LUB THIS GAME!
Next: Wednesday - no practice.
Thursday - Game day! 6:45 pm - Warmups, Kilauea gym outside court. Game time 7:45 pm, Thunder vs. KBA.
