Congrats to Coach Roy and the Thunder on a gritty, gutsy win tonight over a tall HomeGrown team. It's a regular theme this winter, us playing tall Intermediate (and 13U) teams, but the Thunder came through in the end. Micah hit the winning free throw in the overtime shootout (CAL rule). Way to go, boys!
Tonight's lineup: Javan Montiho, Micah Visoria, Ryan Higashionna, Jared Elwin, Kapaa Nishimura, Kyle Moraga. Only 6 strong, but they battled through.

I was there for one quarter, went to work and texted Coach Roy about an hour later. It was AWESOME to get the good news.
Next: Saturday, 10:50 am - Warmups, Aiea gym outside court. 11:50 am - Thunder vs. Asing Park.
