It was damp because of a mid-day (morning?) downpour, but Mick Colling and Kapaa Nishimura made it to the afternoon workout. No drills, just an hour of shooting. Mick was sore (ankle) after the game against Farrington. Kapaa was sore from his double workout earlier in the day with his trainer. All in all, the more shots, the better. Reps matter. Good work, Thunder!
Sunday, 9:20 am - warmups at Kilauea gym outside court. Game time, 10:20 am - Thunder vs. Lanakila (CAL Intermediate). Team photo day. Optional: Post-game lunch, shootaround at McCully gym.
