THE GOOD
> Defensive on-ball pressure. Even with Ryan (injury) out, we came up with 15 steals, including six by Josh. Most of those steals resulted from good traps that led to bad passes by the Warriors.
> Offensive attack. Season-high 21 points by Micah, who had major duties as our point guard and scoring guard, playing all 30 minutes in an Ironman effort. We did a great job penetrating, especially with Micah at the point against their man-to-man defense. He was relentless, patient and aggressive. Jonah was key with a big offensive board for a three-point plate late in the game.
> Rebounding. We outrebounded the Warriors 20-14. Decent job of boxing out by our Pups!

THE BAD
> Long range. We missed all 12 of our 3-point shots. They were mostly good looks, but we need more reps every day before, during and after practice. Hopefully, Sunday's optional shooting practice helps the four Thunder who were there working hard for almost 2 hours.
> Defensive responsibilities. A lot of guys didn't know where to go when the game began even though we went over assignments before the game. Focus, focus, focus.

Overall, a nice team win, playing together, hustling and sharing the ball. Everyone needs to be aggressive without losing floor vision. I still see a few of us putting our head down as we drive to the basket, unaware of the double or triple team coming. Teammates are open. Be prepared.

WE LUB THIS GAME!!
