Sunday Funday




Strong workout by Jance and Tani Mosi this afternoon at optional shooting practice

Each got in roughly 200 shots with an emphasis on 3-pt footwork and reps. Jance is starting to master step back footwork. Tani is learning it pretty quickly.

3-pr 60-second drill - we hadn't done this in a long time. Windy season is pau so today was perfect. Tani made 9 treys left corner, 4 left wing, 12 top, 5 right wing and 7 right corner in 1st round, about 60-65 attempts. Jance and Tani shot around 125 3-pointers total.
