Monday Funday

Still windy out there, but we were 14 strong and had a full court to practice on, so we were blessed. Mahalo to Ryan K, Josh A, Benny for helping us out during the scrimmage. We had a lot of basics to work on, so the scrimmage was just 20 minutes. We do what we need to do first, then what we want to do. The plan for today (Tuesday) is more work on halfcourt and fullcourt defense/offense, some jab-step drills and at least 30 minutes of scrimmage time.

Not available: Keanu​ (football training), Kyle (?), Jared (?), Josh​ D (homework), Sierra (Islanderz practice), Jayden, Chris (football training), Felcris​ (homework), Colin​, Gabriel (?).

Tuesday, 4:30 pm - Practice at Makiki Park. Pau 6:30 pm.
Wednesday, 4:30 pm - Optional shooting practice at Makiki Park. Pau 6:30 pm.
Thursday, 5:55 pm - Stretching/warmups at Lanakila gym outside court. 6:55 pm - H1 Thunder vs. Hustle (Ikaika Intermediate League).
Friday - No practice.
Saturday, 4:50 pm - Stretching/warmups at McCully gym outside court. 5:50 pm - H1 Thunder vs. TBA (Ikaika JV League).
Sunday, time TBA - Ikaika Intermediate League playoffs, Aiea gym
