Excellent workout today by Sky and Jason. Nonstop ball handling, triple threat, on-ball drills. Conditioning, fullcourt drills. It was great to have a full, empty court and even greater to have two hungry, hardworking Thunder going to work. Well done, guys!
Next: Friday - No practice but get in your 100 push-ups, 100 crunches, 200 shots, 50 FTs and run 3 miles. 60 laps around a court = 3 miles.
