It is, in essence, the original Beautiful Game. While the design is wonderful DNA, the guts of the system is work ethic. Like anything else, nothing worth working for is acquired without blood, sweat and tears, and not necessarily in this order.

Marvelous mahalo to Auntie Selene Valdez Horita for filming this battle. We had just played WOW's 4th grade team at the Jam On It tourney, and half of our team had to haul quickly from Convention Center to Hawaii Kai.
We refrained from fullcourt pressing against WOW's super quick team. They are young, but skilled and opportunistic. Instead, we had some moderate fullcourt pressure that was highly effective thanks to Emic, who was a defensive terror out there. This was easily his best game as a Thunder Pup!
Good ball movement overall with patience and precision most of the time. EZ, Kye and DJ held down the fort in the paint, and Ebomb and Haden gave us strong minutes at guard and forward.
Avari, Eisley and TJ were tired from the earlier game, but they got their second wind and had solid minutes in this one. Our Pups are growing up!
6th Grade Pups now 4-2 in CAL League. #h1thunder #greatteammates#precision #alphadefense #fastbreak
