Thursday funday

Solid workout this afternoon by 5 Thunder. We got conditioning work in, then 100-point drill. It's the best way to simulate game-speed execution on our halfcourt sets when we can't go 5-on-5. Finished off with 3-point shooting challenge, two times around. Best was 10 treys in 60 seconds from the right wing. Good work, Thunder! 

Lineup: Sierra Murobayashi, Josh Roberts, Ryan Higashionna, Micah Visoria, Walter Berthold.

Next: Friday - No practice. Get your 200+ shots in.
Saturday, 10:20 am - Thunder vs Hoops4Christ (CAL 13U), Kilauea gym. Warmups/stretching 9:20 am.
Sunday, 2:40 pm - Thunder vs McKinley (CAL 15U), Kilauea gym.
Monday, 5:00 pm - Practice at Makiki Park.
