Monday funday

Strong workout on a hot afternoon at Makiki Park for Ryan and Walter. Each guy got 300 shots in: layups, mid-range, bank shots, spin moves, jab steps, drives, floaters, and 100 3-pointers. A lot of guys are busy, but when we've got low numbers at practice, it's an opportunity to get lots of solid reps in.

200 shots a day, 5 days a week for 3 months is 12,000 shots. 300 shots a day? That comes out to 18,000 shots. Nobody can stop you but you.
