JUST DO IT. Work hard, play hard.
JUIST THE FACTS: Kevin Durant spent 100% of his youth basketball training in drills and practice, not a single pickup game. That's extreme, but it shows how hard he was willing to work from age 11 on, from 9 am to 6 pm in the summer time everyday. Even today, he puts 90% of his offseason basketball time into drills.
We don't go that crazy. Our guys need as much 5-on-5 as possible, but we will always push ourselves to get the work done daily.
Monday, 5:00 pm - Practice at Makiki Park.

Wednesday, 5:00 pm - No practice. Optional shooting drills, Makiki Park.
Thursday, 7:00 pm - H1 Thunder vs Dream Hoops (PAA 15U), Kilauea gym. Warmups/stretching 6:00 pm.
Friday - No practice.
Saturday, 8:30 am - H1 Thunder vs. Swish (PAA 13U), Koko Head gym. Warmups/stretching 7:30 am.
Sunday, 1:00 pm - H1 Thunder vs. Lanakila (CAL 13U), Kilauea gym. Warmups/stretching 12:00 pm.
Sunday, 1:50 pm - H1 Thunder vs. HomeGrown (CAL 15U), Kilauea gym. Warmups/stretching 12:50 pm.
