Good workout today at Makiki Park. 13 Thunder strong, lots of conditioning, lots of fullcourt work, especially with man defense. We've been focusing a lot more on that this spring and the work is going to pay off.
We got a lot of help today from our friends. Former Thunder ballers Bulla Viena, Drew Viena, Maximillian Roe, and Radyn's older brother Ryan. That was a fearsome foursome and they made sure to give our young Thunder a battle every time. We need it. We got it. We want more every practice, if possible, from our Thunder alums.

Thursday, 5:55 pm - Stretching/warmups at Lanakila gym outside court. 6:55 pm - H1 Thunder vs. Hawaii Storm (Ikaika Intermediate League).
Friday, 4:30 pm - Shooting practice (Coach Bino) at Makiki Park.
Saturday, 6:30 pm - Stretching/warmups at McCully gym outside court. 7:30 pm - H1 Thunder vs. Cougars (Ikaika JV League).
