9 Thunder strong, and we had some great help from Ryan (Radyn's brother), and Josh Alexander and his friends. We got some basic classroom work done on the white board, did conditioning drills and went into 5-on-5 work for the last 45 minutes, Good work, Thunder!

Next: Thursday, 5:55 pm - Stretching/warmups at Lanakila gym outside court. Coach Bino will be in charge. He has the basketballs, camera, etc. Please help out and be on time, be crisp and sharp with all pre-game and in-game execution. That will lead to big fun, Thunder. I will be at Kailua covering baseball in the afternoon and early evening. Coach Larry has a game to play, but we are fine with Coach Bino.
