Blake left early because he felt ill. There's a bug going around, guys, so be aware. Get lots of rest, wash your hands often, stay hydrated. Getting sick in this heat also means you could get more depleted than usual, so keep tanking water and electrolytes.
Present today: Mike, Orion, Colby, Cody, Kevin, Eliet, Randon, Keanu and Blake.
Not present: Shawn, Karl, Kerl, Tai (football) and Josh (injury).
On Saturday morning, we'll go over offense and defense like we did on Tuesday. Repetition is key, but fortunately our new guys are picking it up quickly.
On Sunday, KAC Thunder play the mini-tournament for the championship. Then (hopefully), we'll have practice at Kahala Park after that.
