> Damien 5th Grade League - We will play games on Sunday nights at Damien. Entry fee is $300 for five games, a good rate. We'll play our first game on Mar. 14.
> I'm smashed with work every afternoon again, Monday through Thursday. All hands on deck! We need conditioning and shooting and reps for everything. Please let me know if you are available to run practice.

> Jam On It Hawaii District Championships, May 4-5. Winner gets free entry to Pacific Rim Tourney (June) and West Coast National Championships in Las Vegas (July).
> CAL League resumes in May (4th, 6th, 8th).
> Sportsmanship League, 5th/7th Grade Divisions, begins May 21. Games on Tuesdays/Thursdays.
Please check all games and dates due to rescheduling during the past two weeks.
>> Please arrive one hour before games for stretching, pre-game meeting and warmups.
>> All practices at Makiki Park. Bring a large bottled water.
>> Cloudy days bring a jacket.
>> Daily: 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 200 shots (50 lefties, 50 righties, 50 3-pointers, 50 FTs.)
