Monday work

Solid work today, Thunder. We had some crucial things to work on: Low-post footwork and shooting, zone and man offense, a little conditioning. We got those done (for now). But the boxing out drills are still a must; we're very loose and soft in halfcourt zone. It's a MIND SET. Either you want to dominate the boards or you get eaten alive.

On the whole, though, good workout today.

We had 11 at practice today, got a lot of scrimmaging done, worked on the pressbreaker, as always. 

Max is still hurting from the freshmen 10k at school (blister from his gear). Jake also missed practice (behind on homework after a field trip). Kenny's ankle is hurting again. Kency has a knee injury. Chance is healing up from the broken wrist. Keep all our hurting Thunder in your prayers, guys.
