16 strong today at Thunder practice. Got a lot of work in for the newer guys, the younger guys. 15U still didn't have a full squad, still a long way to go before we're cohesive on both ends. A lot of good effort and mental toughness today by the young guys.
Coach Bo has you guys on Wednesday. Then we practice again Thursday. Friday 16U game. Saturday 15U and 17U play early in the morning. Sunday shooting workout/pizza party 4:30.

Tuesday - No practice. Work out individually, get at least 200 shots in, do your ballhandling drills.
Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. - Practice (Coach Bo).
Thursday, 4:30 p.m. - Practice (Coach Paul).
Friday, 6:45 p.m. - 16U game, Aiea gym, be there 5:45 for warmups on the outside court. Pickup for everyone who needs a ride, 3:15 p.m., Makiki Park.
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 15U game, Palama gym. Meet at 8 a.m. on the outside court at Palama. Pickup for ride to Palama, 7:45 a.m., Makiki Park.
Saturday, 10 a.m. - 17U game, Palama gym. Meet at 9 a.m. on the outside court at Palama.
Sunday, 3 p.m. - 15U game, Palolo gym. Meet at 2 p.m. at the gym. (I forgot to list this game earlier!)
Sunday, 5 p.m. - Shooting workout, pizza party, Makiki Park.
