The CAL League has adjusted some of the times of our games: Sunday, Sept. 19 is now a 9:40 a.m. game and Sunday, Sept. 26 is now (also) a 9:40 game.
And we're looking for a team to play on Sunday, Oct. 3. I opted to have that option — to play a team from outside CAL — rather than play another team again in a game that doesn't count in the standings. The possibility of playing a team twice before the playoffs, then again during the playoffs (three times in all) was not attractive.
I'd like to line up an opponent for that Oct. 3 date by the end of this week. If you've got an idea or two, let me know.
