Saturday practice cancelled

In case you were wondering, today's workout is rained out. It's been soaking all morning with the rain, and though there's a tiny chance the court dries out (if the sun comes out), I have to cover wrestling at Campbell for work all day. Don't know any dads who are free, either.

Stay dry, get some shooting and drills in at a gym if there's one with open play today. Do your crunches and pushups. See everybody tomorrow morning at Aiea gym. Warmups 8:40 am, game time 9:40 am.

Tuesday Rainout

PRACTICE CANCELLED. It's been too cloudy and rainy today. No chance for the wet court at Makiki Park to dry up in time for practice. 

If you can find a gym with open play, go get your 200+ shots in. Get your workout in. Crunches. Pushups. 

Next practice is on Wednesday, 5:00 pm, for the Thunder who aren't too busy on New Year's Eve. Weather permitting.

Monday - Practice rained out

In case you were wondering. Town is raining again, windy, cold. I was hoping somehow the clouds would part and let a little sun dry up the court for practice, but it ain't happening.

Enjoy the day off. Get your 100 pushups and 100 crunches in, sets of 10 during your TV commercials.

No practice Tuesday. We'll practice Wednesday, God willing.

If the rain all over town doesn't let up, we can run Ala Moana Beach. Run/jump in the water. Find a dry spot, do the pushups and crunches and 6-inches.

Wed practice rained out

Wednesday rainout

Rain, rain go away. 

  

Well, that was a washout. I was at the office getting my laptop modem fixed when it got close to 5:00 pm. Got ahold of Kali‘a/Coach Rob, Manoa, Coach Roy/Kyle, tried to reach Ryan and Jared. It was cloudy most of the day and the court was soaking wet, not going to dry, so we cancelled it. Hopefully, tomorrow is a different story! I know everybody wants to scrimmage again.
