Got my work schedule early. No practice Tue and Wed. I’ll be working at baseball and softball games 3 pm on those days.

3:30-5:30 pm - 8th/6th Grade practice at Makiki Park.
Friday, Mar. 13
3:30-5:30 pm - 4th Grade Practice at Ali’iolani. 5th and 6th welcome to join in.
Saturday, Mar. 14
10:30 am - PAL Mustang “March Mayhem” state tournament, quarterfinal round, H1 Thunder vs. Palama, Manoa gym.
Sunday, Mar. 15
8:50 am - CAL 8th Grade, H1 Thunder vs. Weapons II, Koko Head gym.
2:00-3:30 pm - Practice at Lanakila gym.
3:30-4:30 pm - Optional shooting drills, Lanakila gym.

(Tentative) PAL Mustang state tournament, Manoa gym. If we win on 3/14, we play in the semifinal round on 3/21, 8:30 am. Championship game also 3/21, 10:30 am.
10:40 am - CAL 8th Grade, H1 Thunder vs. West Oahu Warriors (Gold), McCully gym.
Sunday, Mar. 22
9:50 am - CAL 6th Grade, H1 Thunder vs. Bearcats (Gold), Koko Head gym.
10:40 - CAL 4th Grade, H1 Thunder vs. Jazz, Koko Head gym.
2:00-3:30 pm - Practice at Lanakila gym.
3:30-4:30 pm - Optional shooting drills, Lanakila gym.

Friday, May 8
8:30 am-Noon - Ali’iolani plays in ‘Iolani tournament.
> CAL Sunmer season begins in mid-May.
> Maryknoll 9th Grade League begins in June.
> Sportsmanship 7th/5th Grade League begins in June.
> Please hydrate consistently. Dehydration can sneak up on all of us, including parents. So drink lots of water even if you don’t feel thirsty 💦☀️
> Please arrive one hour before games for stretching, pre-game meeting and warmups.
> Cloudy days bring a jacket.
> Daily: 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 200 shots (50 lefties, 50 righties, 50 3-pointers, 50 FTs.)
