Note: DJ and Jordan’s school team (ULS) will play in an intermediate preseason tournament. Game is at Mid-Pacific,7:45 pm.

Tuesday, Oct. 29
No practice. I’m assigned to cover the air riflery state championships.

Wednesday, Oct. 30
4:15-6:00 pm - Practice.

Thursday, Oct. 31
No practice. Halloween. 

Friday, Nov. 1
No practice.

Stay tuned. CAL will start a mini-season for 6th Grade division soon 

Note: All ages will practice 3-4x per week through November and December, holidays withstanding. Next leagues begin in early January.

>> Daily: 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 200 shots (50 lefties, 50 righties, 50 3-pointers, 50 FTs.)
