Ikaika League: parents

Please print out the waiver form I e-mailed last week and fill it out for today's first game in the Ikaika League Intermediate Division.

Also, please chip in $30 per player. The entry fee is $575 and I need all the help I can get.

I will need the same for the guys and gals playing in the Ikaika League JV Division.
