Word hard, play hard

Super workout today at McCully for Kyle Moraga, De Jesus Jimark,Joshua de Jesus, Sierra Murobayashi and Felcris Jay Corpuz. Got a lot of conditioning, defensive drills in. A lot of shooting drills, catch-and-shoot drills (w/screens). Got a lot of work done in 90 minutes. Work ethic and great attitudes = success. Happy Father's Day, everybody.

We headed to Coach Bo and Auntie Char's place after that for a cookout. The boys spent 3-4 hours in the pool. Might as well have been a palace with all that food and generosity. Thanks Bo & Char!
