Major props to the Thunder 15U, rallying from 15 (or 20) points down to beat Kailua Blue 48-47 today. Sisifo Lauvao hit an 8-foot runner with :08 left for the winning bucket. Everybody came up big today. De Jesus Jimark with great defense, Huthaifah Dalia with clutch floaters and 3s, Keanu Pratt with huge defense against Kailua's 6-4 posts, plus rebounds, steals and big buckets, Jerry Killion (Jerry KillMet) with strong defense, passing and ballhandling. A true team win. The boys hung tough after Tone Lauvao went to the bench midway through the first half with his second tech.
We all have much to learn. Each game gives us a lesson or two. We're getting better, and as I said before, our 15U is getting tougher mentally and physically with each game. Job well done, Thunder 15U!
