Good workout today at sunny Makiki Park. Got a lot of conditioning done, a lot of work on some of our weaknesses. Worked on some new but old plays. Got a lot of 5-on-5 in, too. Today's 15U/13U practice lineup: Jimark Gwapo De Jesus, Felcris Jay Corpuz, Tanielu Mosi Afe, Jerry KillMet, Joshua de Jesus,Micah Tong, Micah Visoria, Sierra Murobayashi, Triton Ramos.
