This is the video I'm submitting to NJB All-Net and the referees association that oversees assignments for the league. Video has a power of its own. The only other time I've done something like this was when our 12U played in Aiea's tournament in May or June.
Tanielu got clotheslined and the referees refused to make a call. I turned in that video and later the head referee apologized to me. Didn't do our team or Tanielu much good, but it helps to have proof whenever any referee is obnoxious enough to claim he might be perfect. Nobody's perfect, and all we can hope for is that referees work together to get calls right, and treat coaches and players respectfully.
That didn't exactly happen when Tanielu got hurt. I got teed up by the head ref that day for questioning the non-call. And yesterday, when the ref called Isaiah for an offensive foul when there was no contact, especially in the final seconds with the score tied, was just incredibly immature on the ref's part.
